Bicondova was born in San Diego, California. Bicondova began performing at six when she began taking dancing lessons. Bicondova began her dance studies at a studio located in Hawaii when her family relocated there. She studied jazz-funk hip hop, jazz-funk and various other styles. Camren Renee Bicondova is an American actress and dancer from San Diego, California, most well-known for her role as Selina Kyle in the Fox TV crime drama, Gotham (2014). Bicondova learned to dance at the age of 6 when she moved with her family from California in Hawaii. She learned a variety of forms at the local Hawaii studio. From the age of 11, Bicondova was an outstanding student at The PULSE on Tour Dance convention. While traveling across the United States, she assisted some of America's most renowned instructors and dancers. After being cast in Gotham (a DC Comics series) She was awarded a Saturn Award Nomination for Best Younger Actor in a Television Series during the first season. In the Annual Youth Impact Report of Variety the show was named an artist who represents the next generation of talent in Hollywood.
